**Startup** \
1\) a project offering the implementation of a new idea and seeking funding.;

2\) the team of organizers behind this project

**Token, Digital Token** \
a digital asset that grants the Participant the right to use the services and rights associated with it

**AngelForge** \
a decentralized blockchain-based platform that allows Participants to make funding decisions for projects through decentralized voting

**ANGF** \
the token of the AngelForge platform

**Roadmap** \
a calendar or phased plan for the implementation of the project

**Smart Contract** \
an electronic algorithm that describes a set of conditions, the fulfillment of which triggers certain events in the real world or digital system

**Tranche** \
a periodic transaction for receiving funding by a startup

**Voting** \
the process of collecting Participants' evaluations of the startup project's implementation

**Crowdinvesting** \
a method of financing projects and ventures by collecting financial contributions from a large number of people (angels)

**Softcap** \
the minimum number of tokens a Startup plans to sell to Participants during the seed round<br>

**Hardcap** \
the maximum number of tokens a Startup plans to sell to Participants during the seed round.

**Claim** \
the process of withdrawing tokens from a smart contract that are available to the Participant for free movement

**OTC Market** \
a market for frozen tokens that allows the transfer of rights to tokens without their actual movement.

**Lending Protocol** \
a protocol that allows borrowing assets at interest, provided that collateral is offered in other assets that exceed the loan amount in value

**Native Staking** \
staking an asset used to pay blockchain fees (e.g., ETH) to ensure the security of the protocol itself
