📌Token Status

For the purposes of this Chapter, "Person" means any legal entity, any non-legal entity, as well as any other persons created and existing under the laws of any jurisdiction without exception. ANGF tokens offered for acquisition on the AngelForge platform are not securities in any jurisdiction without exception.

ANGF tokens are not intended for trading on the securities market, offers for purchase, sale, or exchange in any jurisdiction where they are prohibited by law or require subsequent registration with government authorities.

ANGF tokens are not loans in favor of any Person. ANGF tokens are neither debt instruments or bonds in any form, nor any other form of loan directed to any Person.

Acquisition of ANGF tokens through participation in the Token Sale or in any other way does not grant token holders any rights to receive financial or any other assets of any Person.

ANGF tokens do not entitle holders to equity in any Person or its property, nor do they guarantee the receipt of dividend payments, revenue distribution, or voting rights arising from such participation. ANGF tokens do not grant holders the right to ownership or equity in any Person in any other form.

The acquisition of ANGF tokens does not constitute an exchange of digital assets for any form of participation in any Person or its property, including intellectual property.
