The buyer of ANGF tokens is personally responsible for determining what (if any) taxes will apply to the purchase of tokens, including, for example, sales tax, value-added tax, and similar taxes. Additionally, the buyer is personally responsible for withholding, collecting, reporting, and paying the correct taxes to the appropriate tax authorities.
