# Introduce

The process of creating a project is accompanied by many obstacles, these are:

* the difficulty of finding a team, finding performers for various tasks, attracting assets for implementation and the lack of sufficient experience in the effective distribution of received assistance (seed-phase).
* Such a set of complex tasks, as a rule, becomes an insurmountable obstacle to the implementation, even of a very good and promising idea.
